CONSTRUCTION HOUSE BAEXEM

The construction of the extension of the house in Baexem is progressing rapidly. Four weeks ago, the contractor started with the digging of the foundations. Last week, the concrete roof of the extension was poured. The steel beams forming the main construction of the covered terrace are  hoisted in place. After the secundary – wooden beam – structure of the roof is finished, the roof will be made watertight. Then, isolating and rendering the facade is the next job according to the planning. In March, the window frames will complete the exterior of the extension. When the exterior is closed, the connection between the extension and the existing house will be made.

Delivery is scheduled for the end of April.
